If you play to win, you don't always achieve your goals, but if you play to appease, you most often will. The Democrats are confusing the achievement of their appeasement goal with winning.

So democrats perpetually negotiate downwards even if they are the opposition to what they want to pass, I guess we can just wrap ourselves up in warm blankets of tweets about what they want to do but can't because you know it's hard, or Russia, Putin, Republicans, China, R.O.U.S.

There's at least ten Democrats that are really Republicans. So they watered down the bill to get their own party to vote for it. Shameful.
