His signature on the checks was one tacky self-promoting Trump move that Biden should probably imitate. Some Americans need to be reminded that government can have a positive effect on their lives.

Trump did it in a tacky way but people will still remember they got a check from Trump. So a few people get turned off by the tackiness of having Biden's name on the check. But this is politics and MANY more would remember Biden and the Dems were the ones to deliver this time.
