Much to my dismay, I had to delete a picture of a starling. Someone told me it was mean and when I looked it up I saw this verified, so I couldn’t bear to put anything mean on my thread. I will be back momentarily with the sweetest most beautiful bird I can find.

Gotta say I like starlings, their raucus chattersinging you could it call bird rap, and for their disrepute and homeliness, and since they've almost disappeared, for boyhood memories of skies full of them swooping here and there getting ready to migrate south for the winter.
