Much to my dismay, I had to delete a picture of a starling. Someone told me it was mean and when I looked it up I saw this verified, so I couldn’t bear to put anything mean on my thread. I will be back momentarily with the sweetest most beautiful bird I can find.

No. Vet and farmer here: Starlings are NOT mean. Every plant & animal in Nature gets eaten at some point. So all are guilty of preying on others; there are very good reasons for this as well. However, Humans are the ONLY species that is gratuitously mean. That, is unforgivable.
