How did the war on poverty work out, 22 Trillion dollars later?

that would also require eradicating bad personal decisions or removing consequences for same. sadly, at times that does appear to be the goal.

Let us put everyone in a commune. We’ll garden and make salsa and guacamole everyday. No one will need for anything.

By most any historical standard we have already eradicated true poverty. The problem is that poverty is relative, and the only way to eradicate relative poverty is through theft and coercion. What does “eradicate poverty” as you intend look like?

Supposedly our goal was a living wage and dems show they won’t. Notice that’s WON’T not cant. That ppl handed Dems power just really saddens me. As always, so afraid of losing we’ll never win.
