Yes. We know how to eliminate poverty and generational poverty at that, there’s plenty of research showing us the way. The current set of anti-poverty programs are cheaper though.

Sadly, majority of neo-liberal economists consider poverty and unemployment a necessary driving force of economy. Greenspan & Clinton are well represented by Biden & Harris.

A way to eradicate poverty is to give money not to those who are in proverty, but to those who provide for people in poverty. Such society reimburses anyone who realises a recognized public good function.

That’s crazy talk. Just because you can figure out how to put people on the fucking Moon, and have more wealth than any other nation on Earth, it doesn’t follow that children can’t live in poverty because [insert lies here].

Does anyone think this is the goal? Not in a personal sense, in a societal one? All you have to do is look at the behavior of our leaders to know that's not true.
