The biggest success was capitalism and education, but this is failing because thr K through 12 programs are failing to educate and politics are promoting globalism and crony capitalism.

I have lived in Iran and worked with charities. Eradicating poverty is complicated. People are motivated by a variety of things and there are exceptions but the story of helping those learn how to fish instead of giving them fish is very valuable.

In Afghanistan, there are many who believe that the more educated you become, the more prone you are to collecting 'things' which move you further away from people, relationships, family and god.
