The White House wouldn鈥檛 support the @VP overruling the advice of the parliamentarian. @SenSchumer took $15 minimum wage out of COVID relief bill before it was brought to the floor. 8 white Dem senators led by Manchin joined extremist Republicans to block Sanders' amendment.

$15 minimum wage should鈥檝e been included. It should still be passed. However VP Harris overturning the decision wouldn鈥檛 mean much is they couldn鈥檛 get the 8 senators. That political capital should be spent when they think they can win.
