Manchin and Sinema say "No" and the whole party bows to them; progressives keep saying "Yes" so the party doesn't bow to them ever. Can anyone explain this to me?

I know it sounds like the obvious answer can't be right, but it's simply easier to block things from happening than it is to successfully make them happen. Which is why it always feels like conservatives always have more power than Democrats. Their whole thing is just saying no.

Passing something is better than nothing...moderates can pull voters from the gop if they say no. Who will progressives pull from if they say no? They鈥檒l just lose

Those no鈥檚 are really powerful. Nothing gets fine unless they say yes.

Progressives don鈥檛 have the confidence in the power of their numbers. But it鈥檚 getting bigger

You know the answer but the "smartest voters in the world" can't handle the answer.
