Manchin and Sinema say "No" and the whole party bows to them; progressives keep saying "Yes" so the party doesn't bow to them ever. Can anyone explain this to me?

In order for an inside-outside game to work we need people on the inside to do their damn job The outside is applying pressure while the "insiders" are doing jack shit but protecting their careers

The structural pressures to conform and submit to corporate party leadership are too great. It cannot be solved by simply sending more progressives into the same corrupted structure.

I leave Twitter for a few months and Marianne becomes a progressive. I remember when this bish was bashing Medicare for all.

The squad is cowardly.

Manchin and Sienna are willing to kill a bill to get their way, progressives are too much of pansies to do that. This is why conservatives have all the power, progressives are weak.

With only 50 votes in the Senate, we must have all 50 votes on a bill or we all lose. 48 or 49 won鈥檛 pass a bill. Why is that so difficult to understand? Who do you think would be representing WV if not Manchin?
