Of the eight Democrats who voted against the $15 an hour minimum wage amendment, I don’t think the woman with little money who dressed and acted foolishly is nearly as chilling a phenomenon as the multi- millionaires in business suits who did so smoothly, calmly & no drama at all

Do you even care how many will simply close shop if faced with $15/hr min wage? How many will that put out of work?

1/2 Since when was minimum wage supposed to be a living wage? Back in 1982 when minimum wage was $3.35 an hour where I lived, I couldn’t have lived on that either, but I don’t recall complaining about it like many people do now.

CBO reported zero to 3.7M jobs could be lost. Dems don't care because most of the job losses would be in Southern and Upper Midwest states with low cost of living where $15 per hour min is too high. Min wage just be increased but it must be dynamic by state and city.

No matter what they say they stand for... in the end they fold.

A $15 federal minimum wage, along with Biden’s foolish measures in reversing energy independence, will kill more businesses and raise prices on everything. This will put the low wage earners even further behind. Not surprised. Biden’s entire administration is America last!
