It’s abysmal that the minimum wage is $7.25/hour. It’s even more abysmal that we can’t find 60 Senators who agree with that sentiment.

Replying to @RoKhanna
The Democratic Party seems to have no idea what it is doing to itself.

More and more these days, I feel like the Democratic Party is sh1t in a wrapper while the GOP is shi1t on a stick with a free side of crazy. At their core, they're both still sh1t.
Yeah they know and they don't care, they are working for their corporate donors and as long as we vote for the lesser evil BS, this will never change and they know it.

They know exactly what they're doing. They're the Iron Mike Sharpe of politics, they don't care if they lose because there's still really good money in losing.

The “democratic party“ as I believe you’re referring to does not exist anymore. They know exactly what they are doing, taking care of their big money donors. Corporate Democrats which is all of them except for maybe 10 are the lead group in our countries plutocracy.
This is why Pelosi wants "strong Republican party" they know they cant make these decisions because of their corporate donors and MIC will pull their donations. They need a "strong" Republican party so they can gridlock any type of progress. They need us poor, dumb and docile.
Democrats are Republicans and America is not operating as a democracy. I will keep repeating this statement until it sinks in.
They know. They just don't care. It's like every con, as long as people fall for their vote harvesting, flip flop lies....why stop? Just rinse, repeat.

I left that shit after Bernie quit and there is practically a daily reminder that Democrats are a lost cause
They don’t care, not about us anyway. The only politician who can’t be bought is Bernie. 2024 will be a bloodbath and we’ll end up with someone worse than trump. The Democrats will have no one to blame but themselves. That’s if there’s a country left to govern.
