can't afford a WaPo sub. up all night PST hoping to learn 2000 relief is incoming. Writing letters to rep's in Olympia if the Fed's won't do it the state should. (the state can't print money though, so I know they never will, but keep us in lockdown)

Genuine question. What’s stopping them from just building a new better facility that doesn’t have cages? Or renovating that one we have to be better? It’s not like we don’t have the money for it
