On the plus side, it is the only truly effective way to tax very wealthy people and can raise a lot of revenue. On the negative side, it really does drive away capital and jobs from your state or country.

I won't hold my breath. It's 2021.... 2030 fossil fuel emissions have to be cut in half in 9 years. but hey we can't get $15/hour. Ain't look'n likely.
