H.R. 1, the "For the People Act" is absolutely designed to kill independent parties under the guise of "campaign finance reform" - just like Cuomo did in NY. It should be renamed the "For the Powerful Act".
Yawn. This is just for *primary elections*. What 3rd party even has primaries?
None have reached the 5% threshold required for general election funds in a generation.
Mostly 3rd parties just don't work in a first-past-the-post system. Whether you or I like it or not.
