One way or the other humanity is going to change. We’re going to either burst forth into a new age of sustainability and social enlightenment, or we’re going to devolve into a new dark ages of dystopia and hopelessness. Holding on to the way things are is a purveyor of the latter

Americans are so denial oriented. We can't even get half the pop to believe in climate change and understand how deadly viruses work. Even looking at some of the comments here the idea of evolving to survive angers ppl. How nuts is that? We have a mental health crises, too.
