Covid relief bill is desperately needed, but tho it saves many from total disaster it doesn’t change the fundamental paradigm by which disaster is almost always too close a prospect for tens of millions of people. #Medicare4All, #cancelstudentdebt, #15minwage, #taxtherich do that

Most of what is in the package is bullshit and has nothing to do with Covid. As a resident of San Jose, I reject including funds for the rail project. It has nothing to do with Covid. How about paying for tutors for underprivileged kids to bring them back up to speed? 1%is Covid

Pre-pandemic, nearly 40% of American adults did not have $400 cash for emergencies. 27% would have to borrow or sell something. 12% could not even do that. We have a very large third world country living inside our first world one.

Why arent you scolding politicians for passing a *massive* spending bill in which only 9% goes to covid relief?

The masses are manipulated by perpetual poverty. The elites don't want to change that.
