We have a government that is lavishly generous with a small group of its donors but disgustingly miserly with large masses of its people. The fact that one party is a whole lot worse doesn’t excuse the other one. The citizens of the United States should not have to beg for crumbs

Kevin McCarthy said Republicans will win the House in 2022. "We're going to get the majority back. We're five seats away," "I would bet "My personal house, don't tell my wife, but I would bet it"  "This is the smallest majority the Democrats have had in 100 years."

We lack education ... we need to see what's been going on in the rest of the world ... we need to hear about the wasted dollars going to Military Industries ... we need to know that things are getting worse ... not better ... and ... we need to know that it could be different.

The government should not be in the business of redistribution at all. It assumes the power of picking winners and losers.

What is really the definition of a whole lot worse. The current party in power is condemning people to poverty, no healthcare and simultaneously committing war crimes by attacking another country illegally. How is that not just as bad as what Trump was doing?

my suggestion would be to have all the lawmakers work and live off of a minimum wage job for a few months, lets see how long it takes them to raise the minimum wage and pass some workplace regulations.
