Capitalism should not regulate the government; government should regulate capitalism. Until we get the #MoneyOutOfPolitics, the undue influence of money on our political system will continue to corrupt our democracy and will - if allowed to - ultimately end it.

Exactly: government should regulate capitalism. By which *I* mean we need to start using capitalism to benefit everyone. That's its only civilized purpose. Let the CEO types do their thing, but start turning that money back to the people.

As long as individuals are allowed to accumulate/ hoard vast amounts of wealth "undue influence" will be a fact of life & "regulation" a Keynesian pipe dream. Capitalism itself is the problem.
