"This country would soar" is exactly right. Large part of the country getting that much money at one time and repeatedly in the future will result in them being very high on drugs.

Here’s a better idea and more efficient too: Distribute software to every laptop (or even better yet bundle it with every laptop purchase). Allow the software to simply print as much money that is needed on the 1st of the month, using your home printer.
