Just don’t do it under budget reconciliation. Figure out the cost and how to pay for it. Raise taxes as needed. If you can’t get the votes, then people don’t want it.

I'd prioritize the first one and make it PERMANANT after the pandemic because it helps the most people. The rest are fantastic, but should be supplemental to UBI.
