Tens of millions live with chronic economic anxiety created by a massive transfer of wealth over the last 40 years. This transfer started with Repubs but no Dem has stopped it. Now when people ask for any relief at all they’re told to stop expecting so much. The system is insane.

But isn’t a lot of their wealth new wealth created in the economy that was never held by the poor or middle class in the first place? I understand the concept of wealth disparity, but I wonder if the term “transfer” is the best descriptor.
