Then Manchin and Sinema wouldn't support the bill. Don't make the Perfect be the enemy of the Good. It's a 50/50 Senate. Go ahead and blame Biden and Harris, but they're trying to play a long game here and hold a paper thin majority coalition together.

The biggest problem in this country is people believing for that if you don't have a job you have no value...this is why I was NEVER a big fan of Progressive agenda of $15 min wage...you only fought for a slice of a pizza Instead of the full pizza...#UBI>$15 min wage

The poverty level in the US for one person is $12,880 while min wage is $15,080 which would then mean it would need a 14.5% plus tax rate to be below the poverty rate. Below a livable wage is not interchangable with poverty level. aspe.hhs.gov/poverty-guideli…

No one should expect an entry level minimum wage job to support them

We all know, but maybe not, the minimum wage is linked to union contracts minimum pay... and the poverty level will just be raised bc so many will lose more valuable benefits

She can’t deliver crap because Joe Manchin and Sinema the Democrats said they will vote no if the minimum wage is on the bill. Stop feeding false information. That’s 48 votes. That bill needs to be passed.

But then she couldn't jail single mothers for private profit...
Also the US has the highest percent of single parents in the world. 25% of our children live in single parent homes. 86% are women & a third live in poverty with no healthcare, no living wage, no access to childcare, no representation in DC. The US is an exercise in cruelty
