Overrule the parliamentarian or end the filibuster. Senate process is not an excuse for failure to get results.

I’m curious how does ending the filibuster help Dems in 2022? Why wouldn’t ppl see they need to vote more Dems to the senate so that ending the filibuster isn’t necessary?
