Astonishing as it is, the message to America's poor right now is to be grateful for what they're getting.

I can't figure out why people like Lindsey Graham can't make an effort to put themselves into the shoes of others ... and feel and experience what others are going through?

IT has always been the message

Meanwhile in more advanced countries than ours....
Covid, bread lines, and war. The Democrats are as shitty as the Republicans.

You ran for President, if you would have gotten the nomination and won the Presidency, what would have been the first thing you would have done to help the people?

Yeah, a real slap in the face and not to mention that they want to rub it in as well.

What will they say when angry poor people of color surround the Capital building?

The only thing surprising about that is that you are surprised. DNC leadership is as invested in the 'worthy poor' narrative as the GOP is. The only reason to vote standard dem is that they still seem to believe poor people are people, as opposed to the GOP who view us as vermin.

And what astonishes me is that they are. If Lenin were around today he would be rubbing his hands at what a prime target for Communism the USA would be.

When we are grateful for what we are getting, from God or from the government, we get more of it. And when we aren't grateful & think the government sucks and is full of crooks. We get more of that too. We will only see evidence of what we #believe. Wether we LIKE it or not.
