1/ Our society is experiencing a whole systems breakdown that demands a whole systems response. We’re stuck in an endless round of whack-a-mole, an exhausting exercise constantly fighting off madness when what democracy should be is the collective pursuit of solutions & progress.

2/ A system where profit for a few is society’s bottom line is inherently at odds with democracy. The idea of trickle down economics has attached itself like a parasite to our democracy & continues to leech its life force. It’s not 1 thing that’s the problem; it’s the whole thing

3/ An awakening among people that societal change is even possible is always prerequisite to political evolution. In the words of Thomas Paine, “A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong gives it a superficial appearance of being right.” Something is wrong; we can make it right.

All true and brilliant observation. How do we get rid of the “trickle down”evangelist/protectors? They are desperate to keep hold.

My only opposition to this solution is that simply voting some of these people out isn't good enough. Many of them deserve jail time. They deserve to have their name and legacy brought to justice for the pain they have caused in an attempt to push themselves upward.
