I do agree with you in general. it has become some kind of tradition to move slowly in congress but on the other hand its thousands of page document which is time consuming just to write, to negotiate and correct. So hard to say which factor plays a stronger roll.

Washington DC is indeed moving too #FAST in the #WRONGDIRECTION this #EXACERBATING ALL #PROBLEMS. We neither need nor want Washington DC in its current condition.

There needs to be a ... "fast track"... in Congress ... for situations that are urgent ... and can't wait for hundreds of people to come back from vacation ... to decide to get together and act!
