Our political system spent 40 yrs creating a time when even before the pandemic 40% of us couldn't afford $400 unexpected expenditure, creating chronic anxiety & despair among millions of people; now worse. What does that system call this problem? "A mental health crisis."

Abuse comes in all shapes/forms. Covert abuse kills just as many-just slower. A government who refuses to meet the needs of those who are suffering, those under its care, and makes them beg for what is rightfully theirs, is as abusive as any we have known. A horse of that color.

For many in America, Covid has prevented people from participating in worship and church related activities in such an insidious way that it is exacerbating the mental health crisis in ways that cannot be solved with money.
