So many comments on how bad capitalism is ๐Ÿ˜‚...yet most people here probably never lived in a Truly socialist country in they're life ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ....I'm not saying Capitalism has been great for the past 50 years but HUMAN CENTERED capitalism is definitely better then full on Socialism

Stop spreading capitalist propaganda. It is literally killing millions every year. Socialism is not when a nation does stuff.

The Dalai Lama has great compassion for the worldโ€”and he still sells books... humbly and with humanitarian purpose.

Highly agree with this statement Marianne, good economics. The whole way we should determine what to socialize is this: Is it a non-excludable good/service and/or a price inelastic good/service? If itโ€™s non-excludable or price inelastic, socialize otherwise capitalize.

True but, making people's needs a priority over the market's is a principal of socialism not capitalism.

YES! The most enlightened societies are Social Democracies, the only true & functional Democracies on the planet. Socialism has been tried & failed throughout the history gazillion (> dozen) times. It's unable to sustain ECONOMY DEMOCRACY. It always collapsed into DICTATORSHIP.
