Why not “the elimination” of human suffering? We “reduce” enough human suffering now to maintain a modicum of decency, while causing immeasurable human suffering in far flung corners of the globe... along with a healthy and measurable degree of suffering right here at home.

The only way is by a democratic society and not allowing them to be mislead by socialist oppressors and dictatorial regimes, there is no other way but they could be trying over and over and the results is same

That's too vacuous. It is to support the public infrastructure (cultural and material) required to secure meaningful lives.

Or as Thomas Paine began his Agrarian Justice, "To preserve the benefits of what is called civilized life, and to remedy at the same time the evil which it has produced, ought to considered as one of the first objects of reformed legislation." thomaspaine.org/major-works/…

there would be far, far less human suffering without public policy

The goal of public policy should be constraining the government so they are less in our lives.
