True. I watched that and cringed. Enough that the Israeli govt does is worthy of legitimate criticism; lying about what they do is just as bad.
It's all fun and games until you start promoting antisemitic myths, @NBCSNL. Every Israeli citizen—Jewish and Arab, Muslim, Christian, of any or no faith—is eligible to be vaccinated; 2/3 of Israel's Arab citizens over 60 already have been. Apologize.

I realize that, but the Palestinian Authority has its own power as well. I am not defending the occupation, but not everything that goes wrong there is Israel’s fault. The situation there is way more complicated than people here make it out to be. google.com/amp/s/www.nbcnews…

Sorry but that's a big time you are wrong! The Palestinian authority only has power if Israel says it does! Which means Israel has all the power! And you know this.
Not complicated at all actually
100% with you on this tweet but still think the snl joke was funny. of course it wasn't "true"—it's satire, a pointed joke with the flavor of true relations. i don't believe that it was anti-semitic in the slightest
Israel blocked Russian vaccines from getting into Gaza. They have complete control over what goes in and out of Palestinian territory.

Again, THANK YOU!!! It is complicated but twitter will have people spreading libel acting like Israelis are evil
True, but that's like blaming the government of Venezuela for the financial and economic conditions that exist there, when it is the USA and other western powers that are responsible (because of the sanctions and the embargoes, etc., that they have imposed on Venezuela).
