I like a lot of what Biden is doing, from reuniting separated kids & immigration to Yemen & Iran. But I can’t understand why they’re not doing the things that will matter most to those who need it the most. Why is it considered too “progressive” to rescue people who are drowning?

What is "too progressive" exactly and who is saying that? I thought the 1.9 Covid Rescue Plan was making it's trips through committee? I may not be totally in the loop.

I agree. I feel though that we have until the summer to press for student loan forgiveness, before the interest and payments are unpaused.
