Whether it’s Medicare4All, canceling college loan debt or $15 min wage the issue is where we think $ comes from. If it comes from rich job creators then those policies are a handout. If it comes from the creativity & productivity of people living their dreams then it’s a stimulus

In America we can take care of ourselves? We need Govt to take care of us?

What do you think the purpose of government is if not to serve its citizens?

Operative words “job creators” (ie people who have money to run businesses that employ people). Those “job creators” can create jobs for Americans, or make their money anywhere in the world. When they take their money and leave (as they have before), who pays for your schemes?

Great thinking ... so ... what kind of people our governments are made up of ... "Who we Elect" ... is almost more important ... than the bills they pass!

The fact of the matter is that it has always been that the hard working professional married couples & the single individual making over 150k are they ones paying the most taxes! The reach can pay more and they don’t! The marginal tax rate now is 22%. Expect ur bill to b Avg 17%!

Could the Democratic Party just get better at messaging to show these policies aren’t handouts. GOP is better at messsaging - they have no message, no platform - but they are significantly better at messaging their opposition to these policies then dems selling them.

Rich job creators? Job creators? Creators? Wow!!! This is not how economy works Marianne. There are no “rich job creators.” People are job creators. Everything else you may believe about “rich creators” is just an illusion you’re living.
