Left out some important items...does it still contain the provision to make Washington DC a state? Provision for changing Gerrymandering process, and granting Federal election oversights?

Any chance to pass will hinge on ending Senate filibuster. We'll see if Dems are serious about this or if it's just 'optics legislation' to give appearance of action to appease supporters, per usual. They should be motivated. Getting crushed by gerrymandering & voter suppression.

It’s not going to happen. In less than 2 days, Biden has reneged on or lied about several progressive goals including the minimum wage increase and court nominations just today. For this law to have passed, it required his leadership. He’s Obama 2.0.

The Undemocratic Party doesn't want this. Please consider working with an alternative 3rd Party. They will never change.
