On many fronts, some w/ tragic consequences, an old way of doing things is proving itself inadequate to challenges that confront us. Mindset that created the problem is not the mindset that will solve it. Right now is our window of opportunity to come on strong with better ideas.

One thought is instead of "blaming" when something goes amiss, immediately start focusing on solutions, better ways. Letting your mind fall into the blame abyss is never helpful.

We need more political parties involved in decision making. Having one president to address everything that our country needs & have the best interest of all people is impossible. We’re too diverse. and the system is too one sided & too extreme. This is why boards & unions exist.
