Some say it’s naïve to think we can make love our guiding principle for organizing human civilization. What’s actually naïve is to think we’ll last another hundred years on this planet if we don’t at least try.

It is not Naive. It is the one true path for all of us. Christians of all stripes need to remember that Jesus laid it out for humankind...love God, love neighbor, love yourself. Sounds simple but so many people miss it.

I agree with this post, especially seeing the world population exponentially increasing. Greed and division as the guiding principles can only lead to total disaster.

Jesus spoke his mind against the Jewish Priests. Love made him over throw the tables at the temple. Love is not always rolling over and not acting. Jesus acted with anger, love, sterness and laughter. You cant be loving to china not until things change a whole lot more.

Humans survived an ice age. They are going to be here for a while.

We've been conditioned to think talk like this is too "out there" but honestly we're facing extinction if we don't collectively take a look inside ourselves.

they like to say speaking of love is naive, stupid, immature, etc. then they speak of what they hate and how everyone hates them. they don't even hear what we say in love and about love.
