By who?If by government,the profit motive would be passed to the politician rather than the executive. Politicians would profit the same way they do now,by accepting donations to their campaign from lobbyists and corp interests. Naïve to think you can eliminate the profit motive.

Then expect these three areas to be disastrous as the profit motive is the only thing keeping any industry competitive and accountable.
