If one party doesn’t even pretend to care and gives you nothing, and the other party won’t stop talking about how much they care but refuses to give you as much as you actually need, then where are you supposed to go?

It's not a fair assessment of current situation, Marianne. First month was impressive. And the situation requires that. Any shortcoming will have consequences in 2022.

If someone is not hungry it was impressive; but tens of millions of people are. You’re very right about the consequences in 2022, so how is trying to push them an “unfair assessment?”

Pushing is good but they are on right track and it hasn't been slow YET. It's bureaucracy. I wish they didn't leave the senate but what can we do for now?

On Feb. 3 the Senate passed an organizing resolution in an evenly split chamber, fully transferring power to Democrats, the lack of a power sharing agreement left Republicans in control of committees. Lack of full Senate control threatened to delay nominees and legislation.

Part of the issue is that it ok a very short period of time for 45 to destroy a lot of our norms, almost half of Congress is thoroughly corrupt and complicit in insurrection and we still don’t have the guts to get rid of the filibuster.

You’re ridiculous and you wouldn’t have been nearly as effective as Joe because it’s obvious you have no clue how government works. Be happy for the positive things going on. It will continue to improve.
