If one party doesn’t even pretend to care and gives you nothing, and the other party won’t stop talking about how much they care but refuses to give you as much as you actually need, then where are you supposed to go?

Maybe you should review who gave what and when. Who gave words and who gave checks? Who acted and who gave rhetoric? My wife and I received some relief last year. Anybody seen anything this year?

By the way, "doesn't even pretend to care" is what it looks like from my position too, but important to grok that for a lot of folks, it looks very different from that. Trump's appeal is that he at least pretends to care for them.
