Here is Trump’s statement. Senators who voted to acquit gave him tremendous support for moving forward today. He is already making plans.

I'm worried for those in marginalized communities. This set a dangerous precedent and the GOP is becoming synonymous with nazism. We can still push back against it, but what do we do when our institutions are failing to protect against it.
