We’re phasing out of an entire chapter of our history, simultaneously giving birth to a new one. What lies before us isn’t predetermined; it will be the result of our collective decision-making as we choose between increasing authoritarianism and a repaired and rebuilt democracy.

You’ve upped your meds since Inauguration Day, haven’t you?

I agree, I am seeing a trend. Phasing out American Descendants of Slavery...While Replacing & putting more emphasis on Immigrants & Immigration. America isn't taken care of its business that's has been historically lingering for over 400 years. This is not Xenophobia, it's Truth.

Who do you see "rebuilding Democracy"? Certainly not the Democratic Party, which regularly throttles American democracy during its primaries every four years, right? Looks to me like we've chosen increased authoritarianism hands-down

So true, I really hope we can rebuild our democracy in an even stronger form this term by passing the For the People Act amended with the Ranked Choice Voting Act, John Lewis Voting Rights Act, & the Democracy Vouchers Act! Democracy is essential to preserve & innovate upon!

Authoritarianism I'm afraid is here to stay. Biden's presidency proof positive Regulated beyond repair now impossible to rebuild a system meant to keep all obedient and repressed. Harsh consequence to any form of dissent (no privacy) in our now police state.

I agree, however, has any impeachment trial ended in a conviction? It’s purely political so it’ll never happen. Justice will happen in the legal courts.
