Constitutional Amendment for Congressional Term Limits is the best solution and we need to act now. 34 State Legislatures pass it and US Congress cannot do a thing because it is the law of the land thru the Constitutional Convention process.

The USA wasn't a DEMOCRACY a democracy is where ONE VOTE counts here the voting system is so convoluted that millions just don't vote#1 everyone should be eligible to vote without registering to a party#2 no 1991 delegates#3 no electoral college that's a DEMOCRACY
