Kudos to the Democrats prosecuting their case at the impeachment trial. They’re doing an extraordinary job. Watching how hard our Capitol police were trying to protect the Capitol, with no help and at such risk, is heartbreaking. It’s important for the country to see all this.

The Capitol is presently barricaded despite no known threats. The Jan 6 threat was known and expected, but scarcely any barricades or security forces were deployed. Does anyone beside me find this strange?
