3/ No pol should tell us they understand there’s a mental health crisis & they really want to help. What they need is to recognize how many govt policies are so borderline cruel as to make it less and less possible for millions of people to hold on. Those policies ARE the crisis.

I hate the GOP. I’m angry at the dems. I comprehend the 2 party system. Never felt more stuck in my life as to how to proceed politically. Left, of course, but at this point why invest in anything beyond local direct action?
