So many tortured tweets from people begging for help desperate for a 1-time check that’s a fraction of what other govts r giving their citizens to get thru this. Some seriously cold & callous econ advisors should be ashamed of themselves. No American should have to beg for crumbs

In this time of revelation-so much cruelty revealed. Now that we thankfully voted in Biden and Sen majority-our revelation will be that corporate Dems are shinier package of Trumpian cruelty. To argue over the size of a crumb rather than meet the desperate needs is psychopathic.

Maybe have some of the economic advisors actually representing the citizens. Wealthy stuffed suits with ivy league degrees and powerful connections shouldn't be the only voices heard.

Many economists and many politicians should be beyond ashamed of themselves, but apparently feel no shame at all. Not getting money to people is a choice. We obviously know how to do it, because we've done it. We just need to do it monthly, and never stop doing. Ever.

I’ve never even Tweeted....but I’m down 5 months of income and barely keeping a roof over my head. I had to appeal my denial for unemployment which I did. After weeks of calling, they’re telling me it will be MONTHS before I even have a hearing. I’m a 58 yr old F-worked 45 years.

As long as we have most of our money going to war efforts our people are going to be begging for crumbs. That’s just the way it works. Either become strongly antiwar or accept it as it is. This includes a made-up Cold War that is meant to support the military industrial complex.
