It’s outrageous the way we’re treating our teachers as though their health is expendable and their fear illegitimate. This is the legacy of a misogynistic paradigm where the needs of women and children have been deemed secondary for centuries and longer.

It sounds to me like the President should get some feed back from the teachers and their Unions ... don't ya think? ... and why aren't teachers considered as essential workers? ... and why don't we just give them the vaccine? ... what's the big deal?

How about you think about the kids. Teachers need to also teach proper precaution. The at risk teachers should be allowed to teach through video...that can also happen in the classroom.
