I got better at gardening when I started to realize dirt is not just dirt. It needs alot of decaying organic matter for micro organisms to flourish, which helps grow beautiful, healthy vegetable. Still learning.

Humans are deeply sensitive to the environment, being around nature is calming and reflective for everyone. Modern people often forget that for good mental and physical health we depend on respectfully consuming it as food, medicine and with our senses ❤
