OK ... what mental giant ... instituted this dumb policy in the first place?

Here's something to chew on don't commit the crime and you won't have to do the time. Let someone come up and stick a gun in the back of your head or Watch an 18 yr old kid get shot in the back then tell me about cruel and unusual punishment for the ppl that committed the crimes

We need to get to the core of why so many young pregnant women end up in prison. That’s why I’m going to create a program and write a book titled “Daddy do I Deserve Better” because we must start looking at the root cause of behavior and try to heal at this level. We deserve it!
