I think they were in a bind either way and it’s better to keep her out of hearings. Also, she is horrifying to moderates who look askance at conspiracy theories

Unfortunately, there is no win win when it comes to people like MTG. No matter what outcome - kicking her off committees, expelling her - she's going to play the victim card, use it to her advantage to spread more of her venomous lies & conspiracy racist bs. It is a win, but not.

Democrats need to stop fiscally becoming the Republican Party and stand up for working Americans. I’m sorry but as the dignity of the worker decreases, they will naturally turn to conspiracy thinking. It’s a side-effect of misery. Big FDR-level change is needed.

She should be expelled & removed. Someone else (Republican or Democrat) should run to take her place, and do the job. It’s a shame that tax payers are paying for her to be a feckless c*nt (thanks @FullFrontalSamB) in congress. If she can’t perform her duties why have her there?
