When people think “help” means getting the force of government to take from others and spend more on itself than those in need. If people want to help others, go help others. It’s pretty simple.

No one is saying helping others is bad. More people need to be saying that generosity with someone else's resources is a bad thing, and more destructive than helpful.

It’s not. The government pretending to be helping but just stealing money by force is. Charities at the community level do a lot more to get actual needs fulfilled and hey people help.
